We will also continue our Tuesday afternoon or Sunday evening dances, along with our Silver Sneaker program (www.silversneaker.com) for seniors in the Anthem, Humana or AARP insurance plans. This program has grown to almost 400 participants in just 2 years!  We have added many FREE exercise classes to our daily schedule, including a water exercise class called "SilverSplash" on Mondays & Fridays from 2-3 pm. Information on this and all of our programs is available on this website or by calling us at (440) 234-2255.

In our continuing effort to keep everyone informed of activities in the Recreation Dept., we will begin an E-newsletter that will be sent directly to your inbox whenever we have news you can use! You may email steved17@wowway.com to sign up! Just put the word "newsletter" in the subject line and you'll begin receiving updates in mid-September!

If you throw in adult and teen dances, our community health awareness programs and screenings courtesy of SWGHC, our various Tot Watch programs, land/water exercise classes, our youth & adult sports leagues, our fantastic community rooms that are available to rent, the birthday party packages, etc., you will discover what a wonderful asset our Community Center is to Middleburg Heights and all the people that use!
