Willfully eluding or fleeing a police officer;
Drag racing;
Speeds of 90 or more miles per hour;
School zone violation;
Any otherwise waiverable ticket marked by the officer, by reason of unusual circumstance, “PERSONAL APPEARANCE REQUIRED”
